To all those interested,
The night started with DJ Shadow spinning. The man really knows how
to work his tables. He played a lot of ATCQ (my favourite) and made complete
new songs of it. After that it became really 'trippy' with Attica. It was
the first time I heard Roba sing live, almost made me cry.. She sang
Contemplating and Blue Print and some other song that will come out soon I
hope. When I had recovered from their brilliant perfomance James had taken
over the wheel and fucked up 'we will, we will rock you' (and a needle too
probably). Peshay took over after a while. He was the jungle-freak of the
evening. I had never heard of the guy before (anyone?) but me not being a
big jungle fanatic I got bored after a while and left the place to discover
that it was already light outside and freezing like hell. Only one thing
left to say: I want Mo'
