Krush Video is NTSC!

I forgot an important factor with this project... I'm doing all this
here in Japan and the local video format is NTSC (US and Japan are both
NTSC). If I remember correctly, in Europe and Australia, folks are using
PAL. Is this correct? In any case, this presents a roadblock. Is anyone
out there capable of copying NTSC -> PAL and willing to handle distribution
of the Krush videos out to the few interested parties in PAL countries?
Its a bit of a task, I know... just think of what I'm going through...
