High! again,

Does anyone have any info on The JB Pickers? I picked up the sountrack
to this 70's film t'other week called "Vanishing Point" and there's 2
tunes on it by the JB Pickers. One's called _Super Soul Theme_ and it's
damn funky. The film is quite cool. It stars Barry Newman as this speed
freak who decides to drive accross the States, East Coast to West
coast. He gets in a load of hastle along the way from the law but
manages to overcome most obstacles with help from this telepathic
relationship he has with this DJ called "Super Soul" who plays really
good funk!!! I can't tell you anymore without spoiling the plot! Check it out!

Anyway the JB Pickers? Nothing to do with JB or the JB Horns I suppose??

Also picked up Triphoprisy II. There's some good stuff on it. Notably
Monk & Cantella
and Tosca's Choclate Elvis (didn't know Tosca was one half of Kruder &
Dorfmeister though.)

Has anyone heard Alex Reece's Feel the Sunshine/Jazzmaster yet? Good in'it!

...onwards
Gerry.
