Well Lurie was camera friendly enough for film director Jim Jarmuch (sp?)
to cast him with Tom Waits in the movie 'Down By Law' and also to co-star
in his previous effort 'Stranger Than Paradise'

(which reminds me that I have an old 12" by Mark -and the Mafia - Stewart by
the same name anyone remember it?)

Also I may be wrong but I think that there are 2 Speakeasy Collective discs
out and the person who dissed 'em may be talking about the second one
which I have'nt heard cause it just could'nt be the first which I thought
was dope.
