Well, during my travels I was fortunate enough to meet Greg in SF, where we
cooled out with another list member, the illustrious Michal the Milkman!
Basically I was on the phone kicking the shipping company's butt for not
delivering my turn-table on time (I had a plane to catch, but they were
glad to help once I threatened to make them ship it to Australia! ;-)
whilst Greg and Michal went absolutely beserk in the background on bongo
drums (forgive my lack of technical know-how. I'm pretty sure they were a
special kind of "bongo drum".) Quite a meeting and those of you who
haven't met Greg, let me say he's a real cool guy!
Anyway, he was off to Europe for "several months" and it's almost been
"several months" since he told me that so I imagine he'll be back in the
Bay area soon enough (where he apparently plans on living these days.)
Michal! No doubt he'll give you a bell once he gets back in SF so I guess
you'll have to let us know!
I was quite in debt to Greg as if not for this list i would have missed out
on meeting alot of great people as I made my way around the world (peace
goes out to you all! You know who you are! ;-)
