Actually, I guess no discussion of it was made here but Bambi and I did talk
about it to one another at one point. Anyway, it is a really great compilation.
My favorite cut on it would have to be the Marden Hill "Up In Smoke (Oceans II
Mix)"... or probably the cut I could use most in my set. Well... I don't own
this anymore and haven't heard it in a while but, now that you mention it, I
need to get it again. Indeed, I second your recommendation.

Another great 12" that is floating about here and there and you should find is a
white label by "T Tauri" pressed on real shitty cheap vinyl. Two songs are
present... "Teflon", which is a 105 BPM number that reminds me of the best Fila
Brazillia material. Very dancey, but also quite spacey and has some beautiful
little guitar parts here and there. It ends in a brilliant percussion part that
is extremely effective. The b-side is titled "Pancakes" which brings in the
headz-inspired dubby abstract vibe. Very trippy and psychedelic, and totally
nice. A great drum part moves the crowd, and it's fine to have a cut like this
at 100 BPM. Seek...

Oh... "T Tauri" is actually Gavin Hardkiss in a 'downtempo' disquise. But its
supposed to be a secret so shhhhhh.....
