Picked up the Ninjatune Comp. Wicked alright! They do have a knack for really
in your face stuff, pretty much all original sounds. The 2 player jungly track
is really an eye opener for those into filter and drum machine creativity.
New release soon to be out on Pussyfoot/ Wall of Sound called Wall of Pussy.
It's a double LP with a good mix of stuff, from Spacey and sparse like Howie B
and Spacer to Ninja-style and more techno sounding stuff like Hedfunk (I might
have that one wrong). Very cool!
Second hand store PartaY:
A whole slew of original breakdancing fun. The best being a 1985 compilation of
all Tommy Boy hits, oh yes, all the best and more. 2xLP, particularly good
despite the name is Salsa Smurph by Special Request. Fonkay.
