I saw B-Side players twice here in Los Angeles at Internationalist (one of
the big weekly Acid Jazz clubs in L.A.) They have QUITE a following 130
miles north of home.
You SF people better watch out, these guys (plus one gal!) are in the
bad-ass category. 2 Percussionists (3 when the drummer gets on timbales. The
guitarist is probably Carlos Santana's lovechild (right down to the Paul
Reed Smith and body gestures.) I love their cover of Willie Bobo's "Fried
Neckbones and Some Homefries."

Their soundman, Chad, is an old high school classmate of mine!
