Yo Sujay,

I saw them a couple of weeks ago at The Cooker
(Leeds). They had queues of people waiting to get in! I personally
didn't think all that much of them. Just your typical jazzy souly
sound. I thought they'd be more hiphoppy! They certainly pleased
the crowd however. They loved them. Probably just me (being a muso
cross my arms, go on and impress me, type!)

BTW Everyone My fave club is now on the WWW check it!!!:

'Also, I managed to get the Raw Stylus album (at last). It certainly
does sound like they've been produced by Gary Katz (he produced Steely
Dan and the Groove Collective) and there are various member of the
Groove Collective who play on the tracks. On the down side, they
played the Jazz Cafe recently and some of my mates said that it was
not exactly earth shattering - maybe the new stuff just takes a bit of
listening first.'
