Underwater Love?

I tryed a post a while back looking for info on a band called Smoke City.
The single is called Underwater Love (I think). I heard it at a store called
Vasanji - British Clothing And Footwear - the person at the store said it
was on a mix tape that came from the UK head office.
Just thought I'd try one more time. Any info would be appreciated.
