1200's needles and cartridges and such

Sorry I missed the last thread on this subject. mail me directly if you
feel the content is too far off subject.

I just purchased a couple of 1200's and I _really_ need to get
needles/cartridges for them.
any recommendations? We're working with a limited budget here folks,
my heart sank when I discovered one of the turntables had a 450
volt plug on the end of it, but the price was right, and i'm in the process
of replacing it with a 110V plug. I was delighted to discover the a switch
on the inside that allowed me to switch the voltage! I had the whole damn
thing apart last night. (always careful with the magnet)

I'm also looking for a decent mixer. I've been pretty unimpressed
with what I've seen in the DJ mixer area. much of it seems to be overpriced
and noisy and prone to breakage. Any DJs out there with any
pitfalls/preferences they would like to pass along to me would be much
appreciated. I already have a Mackie 1202 and am running my functional
turntable through the first 2 channels with the input gain all the way up
and panned left and right. I wish Mackie would make a DJ mixer...

Sorry again for the off-topic post,
