Yes, I'm pretty sure I commented briefly on this a while back. Anyway, I
was in the local music clinic for another walletectomy when my ear candy
got my attention. Now, usually, the shit that's on the sound system rarely
registers, but this was a slow, subtle groove that made me wonder what
pop group was taking a turn for the better. So, rushing up to the counter,
I find it's not a pop group but the first song from the comp, The Future
Sound of Jazz, called "Tabla Rasa" by Sven Van Hees. The rest of the comp
picks up and moves, but I bought it before hearing any more. I wasn't
disappointed. Yes, this is a Compost "pile" put out by Instinct here. It
has an Aphex Twin care mix of Gentle People's "Journey; Nightmares on
Wax's "Nights Interlude"; b. Low featuring Richard Dorfmeister on flute on
"1992 Live"; Turntable Terranova's "Tranquilizer"; and 7 more. Nice stuff.
