To my knowledge (i read this somewhere ages ago when i was more into
techno/house) the term comes from girls putting their handbags on the
floor while dancing happyhouse or something light like that (the term
doesn't apply to hardcore, i think) around the pile, as far as i know
it's no specific type of music, just the fashion of doing this.=20

I'm sorry if this is crap, but hey, were all humans ... right ?=20
