The ORLANDO sound

Dear list:
After reading The Rolling Stone Article on the Orlando scene, I decide
to check some of it out. Actually HAD TO since the D*&%N article did all
but actually describe the sound of the music. Well i heard some and
the "drumming "was pretty good. I m not into buzzing analogue synths, so
when that came in i was a little turned off. All in all , this isnt
bad -in spots. Question: Does all orlando Stuff have acid synths.
Last note: The article in question is inside "the Prodigy " issue of
Rolling Stone. actually, its the Hot issue with horn head on the cover.
