Dear List:
Last night I was listening to headz2 and I noticed how many tracks on
the first discs used beats from mainstream hip hop. One used the
beats from Pharcyde's she "keeps passing me by." Another cut
used the "Hypnotize beat" only it was used here first.v Even Mr mowax
hisself used the beat from "people(gangstas) make the world go round" /
"all glocks down " and added strings. In one sense I feel good becuase
i know that I dont have to be too creative to compete. On the other the
success of this stuff only encourages more easy 5 minutes to make
records that kills the genre
