In sync with your comments, I quipped to my housemate just the other
day that Swing Out Sister's "Shapes and Patters" CD is "very Austin
Powers." It's growing on me like a fungus, however. I've taken a
fancy to programming tracks 3 or 13- (Interludes)Shapes and Patters
and Track 9-You Already Know to play back to back -- for that LAMB-
Cotton Wool break/pause effect. They're the jazziest cuts on the
whole set. I think I let it repeat about 20 times the other day.
Overall, it's very much the kind of pop offering where you eventually
learn all the words and sing along. It's consistent SOS and I
recommend it highly!
