Thanks to all on the ID of the Blueboy single.

Now, this isn't a criticism or comment on the list, just honest thought. I
had *no* idea this was talked about
previously on the list, and I read most of my listmail. But honestly, when
discussion of new tunes (or artists) pop up on the list, I tend to ignore
them, assuming that it's something released overseas or something extremely
underground that I won't get to hear it for a long time.

Several months passed from the time Up Bustle & Out was a hot list topic
until the time when I finally (thankfully) got to hear their music. Same
with Attica Blues and the Sneaker Pimps. I still haven't heard Squarepusher
(or I might have, just didn't know it was Squarepusher). But hey, at least
I knew what to look for (I remember when I first joined the list 4 years
ago seeing the name "Incognito" suggested by several people, so I went out
and bought their album...)

Again, not a criticism; talk about new or obscure tunes/artist all you
like. It's good for the list, obviously. Just want to let you know how it
affects me.

Perhaps when E-mail gets standardized to the point where it's very
multimedia friendly to everyone, I'm sure this will all change :)
