"Horas Funktasticas with Paulo Fonseca"s show.
This week's highlights:
-Two great tunes coming from our friend Q-Burns and his Eighth
Dimension:
-First his remix for US 3's Come On Everybody. Again I say that this
is the best remixing work I've heard from MichaelL;
-Then DJ BMF. I must say that this is one of my favourite DJ's. I love =
his work and last week I bought a compilation from Internal Bass
called Boneshackers Volume 2, featuring 13 superb tunes mixed by BMF. =
I do hope I can book him soon for a live performance here in
Portugal. Is he available Michael?
This track I'm spinning is called "Sound In The Round" and IMO it's
another dancefloor killer. It's included in DJ BMF 1996 Tracks &
Remixes tape and I think it's going to be released next Spring on a
compilation called "Selected Material". Pay close attention to this
release.
-Another debut this week it's the new volume 15 from AJ records Totally
Wired series. Someone in the AJ mailing list talked about this project
and finally it was released in Portugal. It's a nice record that
feature two great tunes I'll be spinning for a couple of weeks:
-(I Wanna) Get Down from Corrina Joseph. I must confesse my ignorance
but I know nothing about her. Can anyone mail me some clues? Does
she have a full lenghth release of her own?;
-Then the great return from Diana Brown with a nice tune called "Yes
It's You".
-Last but not least the new record from Jhelisa Anderson. A soulful
record called "Language Electric".
Note: Of course the Black Science Orchestra tune it's kind of a
flashback!
