E-z rollers

With all this mention of the jazzy d&b sounds of the E-z rollers
lately (you know who you are), I feel that I must get my hands on the
"Dimensions of Sound" CD. Any tips where I could get this online or
mail-order in the US? CDEurope has it listed for 36 bucks, but I was
hoping to find it cheaper.
On a related note, anybody got info on how to contact moving shadow
directly? Do they do any direct mail-order? Any and all info is
appreciated.
