only on a short D'Influence note. We did "Soular Grooves", DJ Sun's acid
jazz showcase here in Houston, last Saturday with a James Taylor interview
(the man himself was in the studio -- go to the next Urban Beat Online
issue, out in appr. one week: www.urbanbeat com, to read the interview),
and a D'Influence special. We spun "Good Lover", "Midnight", and 5 tracks
from the new album. After that, at about 10 people called us up who wanted
to buy thir new one!!! For Houston, that is amazing and I hope, that they
will find a distributor for the US.
They were also supposed to stop in Atlanta for a live gig some weeks ago,
but unfortunately it got cancelled. Has anyone info on upcoming shows in
the US?????? Have to see them live .....
