as a result of me leaving work to study to become a teacher, I'm going to
have to bid you all adieu. I've been on the list for about a year, and
in that time my perception of what's going on in the world of music has
changed beyond recognition. Without y'all I wouldn't be listening to
Ninja Tune, La Yellow and many others to numerous to mention.
Thanks to you I have started to listen to old school jazz more than I
used to. Miles, Donald Byrd, and many, many more have been added to my
CD collection.
I've been involved in many threads, Level 42, Ringo Starr (remember that
one ?) and others, and this list has made coming into work a little bit
easier (and doing nothing in work a piece of cake).
Thanks to everyone on the list for making me feel welcome. Shout outs go
to Elson, Lo-Ki, Winston, Eva, ck, dj Sun, Erik, Keira, and everyone else
on the list. Good lookin' out y'all.
