Like Jerry, I'd start with a bottle of DeLorimier Merlot and a chunk
of foie gras on toasted bread, while listening to Smokers Delight.
Then I'd switch to the Dry Creek Reserve Merlot '94 just because it goes
pretty well with the guinea fowl, porcini and that Beastie Boys
instrumental album (don't remember the title but I think it's
something like "what sound is it", on yellow vinyl).
At this point, a double-expresso and Mark Farina's House Construction
tape are well needed to wake both of you up while your stomachs are
making room for dessert.
That's when you need to pop open the Rombauer Champagne (oh, I mean
"methode champenoise" of course :) and slice the chocolate cheesecake
and strawberries, dropping Mo'Wax LP001 on the decks to cuddle to the
early sounds of dj krush, takemura, monday mishuru, el malo...

This late night feast should take you to the wee hours of sunday
morning, and if you are lucky enough to live in sf you should
probably sleep a bit because you have to go to Stompy that afternoon.

1. The first Getz/Gilberto album
2. The Slowly LP
3. Manuel Gottsching "E2:E4"

And I'd probably go with a bottle of DeLoromier Merlot. =)
