it's me again going off about another gig, but this one is *actually*
different... it involves dj elonzo (the move/stereotypes), mark farmer (45
vibe
/hyperdisc), markman (presha crew/onionheadz) junior roach & me (stereotypes
/jazzid up!/int'list). the idea is somewhere between the two ninjatune shows
at the troubadour, lies nirvana. the 1st show (if you didn't go) was more
trick/dj-as-a-musician oriented, while the second was more of party/dancing
vibe. elonzo & farmer will do opening sets as the master selectors that they
are (they've both been working on their beatmixing/scratching too, so they
may have a few surprizes for us too...). markman, junior roach & i will be
tagging on 2x4s, but in an interactive & dancefloor concious way (up, bustle
& out's set--2nd ninja show--meets the teeba/koala/kev jam at the end of the
1st ninja show). bring an open mind, and your dancing shoes!!
