hello all. scott here. just like to say a little something. now see, I
have no problem when someone sends multiple posts. hell, I seldom even
look at the name of the person writing. Its the info that matters. I'll
tell you, I could get thirty posts a day all about, oh, I dont know, the
squirrel nut zippers, new breed records, funky porcini, etc, etc. And yo
know what I do to all those posts? I delete them. This is not to insult
anyone's musical tastes; it is simply that I do not listen to these
bands. But I do listen to artists such as photek and portishead and Im
glad to see that Im getting messages on them. Im glad to be getting all
of these messages! but I'll tell you which messgres I dont like getting.
the ones in which two people are arguing over petty issues and insulting
each other numerous times a day. (and for that matter, everyone--uh oh!
suddenly Im included!--who is jumping in on this thing.) if you all have
to argue, do it privately, dont suject the list to this crap.
