Actually, the new Mad Professor album is da joint, roll it up on your
turntable. Can't think of the name offhand, but its on Ariwa, came out
about six months ago.

Listening to the new Cornelius record (supposedly the "Japanese" Beck).
Pretty fucked eclectro space pop, still digesting it. He's huge in
Japan...plays in staduims where everyone who enters gets 3d glasses for
the visuals.

Also, there's a Tipsy (find wacked out electronic Martin Denny or Les
Baxter-esque combo) remix 12" out right now. If you don't have their
full length, on Asphodel, pick it up first. Not a lounge fanatic but
this transcends the genre. Dope.
