ME> WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN PUTTING IN YOUR RECORD BAG?

Okay okay, just bought some records even today.

Interloper: Dependency Culture EP (Octopussy)

Mostly really chilly, but the first track, White Widow, is (not overestimating)
fuckin' dope. Imagine - folky guitars, tempo down to dub level and the
beat - smashing distorted heavy and bigger than your mom's ass. (now
this was some kind of verbal acrobacy & a quatation from f.ex. Pharcyde,
not an insult)

Gus Gus: Believe Remixes (4AD)

I guess I really should check out the, err, Polydistortion or whatever the
long player's called, because these two singles I've heard are some of
the more weird shit around. On A side is postmix by Biggi Veira, Herb
Legoqitz & Alfred, who I guess are a part of the band. Now there's a
bass for you headz, I mean that goes beyond all limits. B-side has a
Underdog instrumental remix, which is ok uptempo bigbeatish stuff, but
nothing spectacular really. I haven't heard a truly deep song or remix
by Jackson since Ragga & The Jack Magic Orchestra's Where Are They Now
(Underdog Vocal), wonder what he's up to. Or have I just missed all the
better ones?

Midnight Funk Association: Byte The Bullet EP (Series 500)

Since MoWax's Excursions I've been in love with these freaks, and this
is not a let down. More minimalistic grooves are hard to find. People
who've had their share of dope or otherwise have distorted sense of time
may find themselves going crazy listening to this stuff. Too bad for
them, I guess. :)

Maybe I'll write some more when I have time. In the meanwhile, would
someone like to tell me everything about MFA & Mark Broom?
