Yesterday was a lovley sunday afternoon. Not too hot, nice breeze coming
through and trees applenty. Perfect outdoor venue to chill out with Norman
Jay, Pressure Drop and as the evening progressed, Dj Krush and then a finale
of Bentley Rhythm Ace.

Norman Jay played a top set of funk/jazz such as charles wright band's
'express yourself' and cetera. New hiphop such as gangstaars 'you know my
steez' was some of the newer stuff he played but he had the whole crowd both
dancing and chilling.

Dj Krush set more of a mood than made everyone dance, fully using the delay
effects on his mixer to their full capabilities and dropping tracks such as
his own 'only the strong survive', dj shadows 'building steam from a grain
of salt' and alot of cut-up old school hiphop.

bentley rhythm ace marched out all wearing gigantic neon afros and proceeded
to launch into an hour of madness. Their band consisted of a dj, bass
player/keyboards and a drummer. they even had an air raid siren on stage
which they would turn on every now and then which sent the crowd into frenzies.

An excellent day was had by all. Cheers heineken for giving out all the free
lagers :)
