It's a cut-up of the Kennedy assasination. Hip-hop beat with things like
'Mrs Kennedy jumped up, cried, oh no, uh, uh, oh no' scratched over top.
This was originally released on a compilation called 'Death Of Vinyl'.
The best place to hear it is on 'No Rights Given or Implied' which
compiles Steinski's 'Lesson, 1, 2, and 3', 'Motorcade', and 'It's up to
you', with Coldcut's 'Beats and Pieces, and 'Say Kids', as well as some
other cut-up beat experiment classics. This was released on Bond Street
(BS001) in bootleg style years ago but it's still kickin' around in
places.
