Information and reviews of events are one thing, posting local
events is another.
An end-all to all this discussion would again be my advice: post
it but just put the local city in the subject field!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those
that don't want info on that city/region (ex.: "S. California") can
program their system to automatically delete files with this in the
subject field.
