I think 'Shelter' is such a great album. Although it sounds totally
different from other Brand New Heavies albums (Shelter is very R&B). But
still its great. I like it alot (i even have a CD and 3 cassettes of
it!!!!). Especially "Day By Day", "You are the universe", "Sometimes"
and "Once is twice enough"
The only reason why they have changed so much is because of Siedah
Garret. She had a strong influence to the band. And now that she has
left the band, i really hope that the Heavies will back to the way they
used to sound ! Funky bass line, "wah" guitar, and dont forget the brass
section.
"Brother Sister" is still the best of The Heavies album ! Its a
masterpiece.
