I just heard a really good album and i wanted to share. This
group black eyed peas is soo dope. Its hiphop with a live band,
but its doper than the roots. Sometimes they even remind me of
pharcyde first album. To me they sound like an example of what
the roots should evolve to. They even have this song that seems
to be a remake of some sorts of the beat used for "liquid swords"
on Genius (of wutang) album, but what makes it doper is that its
a live band doing this remake. One of the best songs on the
album. Definitly check these guys out, they musnt get slept on.
Best hiphop album of 1998. And yes it is better than Gangstarr.
