yes thanks. For some reason Paradisiaque does end up being played less
than "Qui Seme..." but i like it a lot. Definitely goes a little
different direction. Mellow, rythm and blues, sultry female vocal
stylee. I really really like that sound, but probably wouldn't rate it
as tops in comparison. Really looking forward to hearing his new self
titled LP.

Hey... does anyone know about MC Solaar's rep among other French
rappers? i thought i read, or heard in a song or something (or was it on
this list?) about people dissing him...

hay Eric, thanks much for the slew of leads on this topic. looks like i
have some hunting to do. =)

Have you checked out MC Solaar?

MC Solaar is, in a word, wicked. "Prose Combat" and "Qui Seme Le Vent
Recolte Le Tempo" are on constant rotation in my CD players.

What does everyone think of his latest? I don't think it's nearly as
funky
and wicked as "Qui Seme..."
