Ahh, the fickle tastes of 'White' America. And, by many accounts it was
'White' America that help keep some of the jazz greats alive when their
'Black' audience migrated to R&B. But, like below if all you care about is
money than you can have it--money is the root of all evil (including really
bad music.)
