RE: "Jazzadelica" Playlist for 2/21/99

Well, Mark...

Looks like I inadvertently lit a firestorm! Just so all's clear, Sirka was
right on- I wasn't trying to dis your colleague/s in any way, shape or form.
We all can't like everything. My objective was to comment on the strength
of your play-list, especially given the fact that this is an acid jazz
discussion list. I was appreciative to see that you (and others) appeared
to get the picture.

...and you're right also about the K&D head's (headz?) up that you sent out.
Be up.

                Dear Leslie,

Thank you for the lovely letter. I guess it was unclear
from
Lee's original post but he tuned in on MONDAY night and my
show
is on SUNDAY only. Therefore it was not my show that he was
complaining about, and I did not take any offense from his
post.

However, your comments are still valid because KFJC is about
ALL
types of music and even though you may not hear what you
EXPECT
to hear, someone (the DJ) probably cares passionately about
it
                nonetheless.

                Mark
