Have to agree it does take take a couple of listens to get the vibe of the
new UFO - bloody expensive though.

Also picked up this week:

French Fried Funk vol 3 (Kickin/Slip'n'Slide)
  nice suprise this... was expecting recycled disco shit but there's
  a lot of variation from latin through deep house and filter funk

The Rurals "The Rurals LP" (Idea)
  deep and jazzy house. quite minimal and ambient but the funky licks
  keep it moving.

Peshay "Switch" (Blue)
  wicked. can't wait for the album. ne1 heard it yet?

Club Africa (Strut)
  lovely compilation of soulful 70's funk with an afro vibe.
  great summer listening. highly recommended.

Just like to mention that Groove Armada are playing here in Cheltenham on
Saturday. If anyone's in the area let me know if you would like to be on the
guest list.
