*** CARL HANDCOCK RUX ***

The newest of artists to hit our marketing roster,
Carl has been established in his writings, both that of his
poetrty and with his prose. He now is ready to drop
it musically. Quoted in the June '98, Village Voice Literary
Suppliment as a "Writer On The Verge."
They had this to say ...

"To hear Carl Hancock Rux perform is to wanderonto the mothership
and float into a soundscape located sonewhere between the gospells
and Billie Holiday."

Donot be mistaken - although Carl is a poet, his music is not spoken
word. He take his experiences and lays them over music with as much
soul and rhythm as his thoughts.

For a taste of Carl's cd - reply to this message
with your mailing address and I will send a sample.

DJ's - Look out for remixes on Carl in the very near future from Roy
Davis Jnr. , DJ Spinna and Hefner-these are not to be missed

Also-Carl will be appearing in Central Park at Summerstage on August 12th
at 7:30PM - his live shows are not to be missed.

You may remember this name from the Groove Theory
Amel's voice grace many a stereo in songs like "Tell Me"

Amel is soon to be releasing an album through 550 Music
keep your eyes and ears open for more on her.

DJ's- we will be servicing vinyl real soon.

For a taste of Amel Larrieux's cd - reply to this message
with your mailing address and I will send a sample.
