Suprisingly I found it at the online vendor 'The Ultimate Band List'...

http://www.ubl.com

I couldn't find the disc anywhere, and didn't feel like going through the wait
and mad cash of having Clubhead (Cincinnati's only dance music store) special
order it. I was impressed with how quickly they got the order to me also (they
had it in stock)... if I can find what I want, I will order from them again in
the future.
