We've all been there... you get your snazzy new
record home and put it down and cue it up and zoom,
there goes the needle. your record is warped and it
looks like a cereal bowl. what to do?
I have read several different old wives' tale
techniques for flattening records, most involving the
oven and some magical incantations. Anyone know where
I can find some more or less authoritative
instructions for flattening a warped record? I want
to trust my sources before I go baking my favorite
records.
