The movie only has 2 new songs, but I'd be interested if anyone knows how to get a hold of them.
Here's the dl from the endtroducing site

    January 30, 2000
New Shadow track on BBC-1 Breezeblock Session On Mary Anne Hobbs's January 24 Breezeblock session James Lavelle and
Psychonaut Pablo played an acetate of a new DJ Shadow song titled "Giving Up The Ghost." This song was made-- but not
selected-- for the Michael Mann film "The Insider." I think that Mann made a mistake not using this song! Watch for bootleg copies
of the Breezeblock session circulating to get a copy... (No, I don't have one, yet.)

. There are samples of all of the songs that Shadow lent to the film in their film versions. Shadow has stated that
"Dark Days Theme" will be released on vinyl. No word on release date. Here are the songs used in the movie according to the
         credits:

"Building Steam With A Grain Of Salt"
         "Midnight In A Perfect World"
         "Napalm Brain/Scatter Brain"
         "Rabbit In Your Headlights"
         "Lonely Soul"
         "Stem"
"War Is Hell" (a new one!)
"Dark Days Theme" (a new one!)
