Hey List!,
Went to NY this weeekend just to see giles, femi kuti, & lamb. I heard
through a friend at Giant Step about the Giles ESL thing. But he suggested
the NY show would be a beeter plan, and it was. I met Giles , he said that
there is a site specifically for Worldwide coming in september, I want to
say it's something like trustthedj.com, but I am not sure (that's why
there's no link:). Femi was really dope! He rocked NYC like it was his
backyard in Lagos! Lamb surprised NY with their sound, people really slept
on them and their first album. They had an electric double bass, off the
chain!!! It's all about the music yall :)...
