    I think I'm right in saying that "From The Ground Up" came out on Talkin'
    Loud in the UK after "Organix" and before "Do You Want More?". I don't have
    it myself (it was the first thing I'd ever seen by The Roots in the shops,
    but I was hoping it would have "The Session" on it, which it didn't...), but
    I think some of the tunes are earlier versions of things from "Do You Want
    More?".
