Yea Galicia was Rainer Truby. Most of what you want to know is at:

It's tough to say what their best work (rmxs or original) is because it's
all so good. I would start getting their first 2 12"s. Beg, borrow or steal
to get your hands on that Har-You Percussion group remix (Ubiquity).
