Nope, the only connections i see are:

Q-Bert remixed Coldcut ("More Beats + Pieces") and did a live mix of a bunch
of Shadow tracks ("Camel Bobsled Race")

Ollie Teeba (The Herbaliser) have remixed Coldcut --> on "8-Point Agenda"
The Herbaliser worked with Latyrx --> Latyrx have worked with Shadow for
    years.

Coldcut (or Ninja Tune to be exact) put out a 12" by Stenski, and if we're
*really* lucky, DJ Shadow, Stenski and Cut Chemist will work together on
    "Lesson 5".

Coldcut have brought Kid Koala with them on tour + he did a remix of More
Beats + Pieces. Kid Koala was featured on Peanut Butter Wolf's album "my
vinyl weights a ton" which ALLSO featured Charizma.. The San Fransisco-label
Bomb HipHop Records once put out a flexidisc with Charizma on one side and
Blackalicious on the other side... Blackalicious has worked with Shadow for
    years.

DJ Shadow remixed DJ Krush --> DJ Krush remixed DJ Vadim --> DJ Vadim
remixed DJ Food --> DJ Food = Coldcut.

DJ Shadow sampled U2 --> U2 worked with Howie B --> Howie B worked with Sly
& Robbie --> Coldcut would probably give up their first borns to get the
chance to work with Sly & Robbie.

Coldcut did a song with Lisa Stansfield --> DJ Shadow's girlfriend's name is
    (was?) Lisa.

DJ Shadow's real name is Josh --> Josh Hayden (Spain) worked alongside Money
Mark on a track on the Handsome Boy Modeling School album --> Money Mark did
a track with Kid Koala --> Kid Koala remixed Coldcut.

Coldcut have been remixed by Squarepusher ("Scratch Yer Hed") --> on
"Squarepushers Theme", he used the same guitarsample as on NWA's "Dopeman"
--> Ice Cube (NWA) is Del Tha Funky Homosapiens cousin --> Del has worked
with Souls Of Mischief (loads of times!) --> Souls Of Mischief were featured
on "Looking Over A City" which has scratching by DJ Shadow. (phew!)

... thats as close as i can possibly get the two (er..three) of them :P

    Beside

    np:
    the psychonauts "time machine" (mo'wax)
