this week, fyi, there are some great events to check out in new york.
ian pooley is playing tonight, 7/12 at centro-fly. this is his first time
in the states in a couple of years. he's releasing something here in the
u.s. on v2 -- i don't know if its the same full length that previously came
out in europe which was fantastic. he is definitely one to watch.
next week, on 7/19, wednesday at twilo, mark farina and neil aline play at
the paper magazine monthly party. if anyone wants a comp admission invite,
please send me your mailing address. there will be an open bar from
10-11:30.
also, a guy called gerald is at the anchorage this thursday. and ps1
continues this weekend. on sunday, i think les nubians are at summerstage
and i heard there is an after party at the knitting factory.
