I love Pharoah's distinct rich vocal sound, and I saw him for the first
time last year. It was a really excellent quartet esp. the bass player.
Pharoah himself, was looking one fly muthafucker in his shades, ski pants,
phat trainers & velvet shirt. Although his playing was in very short and
sparse bursts, it was still damn beautiful. He finished the set playing
out with one of those Tibetan bowls.
I've seen a track listed in a lot of the recent mags of Pharoah doing a
track with 23 Skidoo, anyone heard it or got any info ?
