    heya all,

Yeah, I was also going to point out the Streetsound site....lots of
archived Gilles shows, a number of Gamall's programmes, and (I've gotta put
in a word for a fellow Canadian) Halifax' Andrew Duke also has his
excellent programme housed here. Andrew's show is a bit more on the
experimental tip, but he moves all over and is very knowledgable (and
    passionate, as we all are).

Give yourself a good chunk of time to explore the Streetsound site if you
haven't been as there are a ton of other great areas to listen to brand new
releases, find out about events, hear and see interviews, and catch loads
of other television-styled programming. They're owned by Pseudo so T.V.
type stuff is an important element. You may also want to check out some of
    the other Pseudo-owned sites...88HIPHOP etc...and, nope, I don't work for
them...I've just finally been able to play around on a newer computer to
see and hear what so many others absorb on the 'net every day. Wow, it is a
    pretty neat thing. ;-)
