    hi everyone,

'tis true, what the header says. This Saturday, September 16th, will
mark the end of SOULAR system as a weekly at B-Side. It's been a
relatively short stint, with some Saturdays being absolutely amazing,
fun, and warm and other Saturdays....less so. :-) That's the way the
cookie crumbles in club land. Some ideas are best.....REVAMPED!

So....look out for SOULAR as a monthly affair at B-Side, continuing to
feature myself and Sassa'le as resident DJ's, but also including a
rotating roster of live bands and P.A.'s who create forward thinking
music which blurs the boundaries between live and studio. There is soooo
much incredible talent in this city, and we're hyped to be able to work
with and showcase some of the many artists who pass us CD-R's, demo
tapes and so on. Personally, I've always been far more interested in
pushing the envelope than in licking it, and this feels like the right
    move.

Full details will follow next week, but, for a start, I can tell you
that there'll be SOULAR system gigs in October and November, featuring
    M.O.T.O. and Directions, respectively.

And, for now, we close this chapter with a big bash! Join us:

This Saturday September 16 @ SOULAR system: Sassa'le and I play extended
sets, tag-team, and generally kick out the jams, to borrow a favourite
rockin' phrase. We're totally hyped to rip it up and connect with all of
you on the dancefloor, so please do join us for the sounds of deep
house, UK Garage, beats 'n breaks, and all that jazz. It's free all
night 'cause we want to say a big 'thank-you' to all who have come down
    and supported!
