    Hey Velanche n list,

Cool to hear that your first house party was a good experience even if it
took a little while to get in the groove! I've been through similar
situations w/ my last band....we would do a gig one nite to a packed house,
everyone buggin out....then the next nite, go to another spot and people
just weren't feelin it. It can be daunting, but it comes w/ the territory.
You always want to please the crowd, but that's not always possible and it's
ok b/c people aren't all on the same page that we are, it's a diverse world
out there...we just have to hope/work to find those that are feelin it and
strive to convert some along the way!

an old saying..."Hope moves mountains...but bring a shovel"

    keep up the good work!

    joni
