    you're best bet is to get a piece of software like fruity loops
    but if you want a hardware sampler for around 100 bucks you won't find
    anything as good as an MPC3000
    for 1000 bucks then maybe you're looking at a K2000 by kurzweil. those are
    nice. as well as asr10's by ensoniq
