Truthfully, I'm not sure about the quality of The Trend lately, but
about a year and a half ago when I was living in another city, I was
fell asleep on my couch with The Trend playing and woke up to the
incredible sound of Basement Jaxx's "Spacepin". I scrambled to write
down the name of the song and the album. The album of course was one of
the Freezone compilations, a series compiled by DJ Morpheus on SSR that
has proven to be one of my favorite comp. series of all time. So, to
answer your question, it definately used to be good.
